Anticorrosion and insulation of pipeline

Pipeline anticorrosion must be thoroughly derusted to expose the metallic luster of the pipeline before painting. The painted surface should be dry. It is forbidden to paint on one side while removing rust. The paint must conform to the environment of the pipeline to prevent the new paint from falling off due to the surface temperature of the pipeline. The selection of insulation materials should follow the following principles:

(1) The thermal conductivity of the material is low;

(2) It has high heat resistance and will not lose its original characteristics due to rapid temperature changes;

(3) The material has a low density and a certain porosity;

(4) It has certain mechanical strength.
