1.Water temperature should be higher than the temperature of the surrounding dew point, but should not be too high to prevent evaporation and temperature difference stress. 2.The environment temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, lower than 5 ℃ should have protective measures. 3.Slowly rise to the working pressure, no leakage and abnormal phenomenon, then rise to the test pressure, the boiler at least 20 minutes under the test pressure.Then drop to work pressure to check.Pressure remains constant during inspection. |
