Cause of pipe burst

1. During the use of the heating tube, the voltage is unstable. If the voltage increases and the current increases, the heating tube will break down.

2. Dehydration during use of the heating tube will also cause breakdown of the heating tube;

3. The failure of the temperature control system will also cause the breakdown of the heating tube;

4. Scaling on the surface of the heating tube will reach a certain endurance, and poor heat dissipation will also cause the breakdown of the heating tube;

The following are the national standards for voltage and power normally used:

1) The electric heating tube and electric heater are designed in strict accordance with the JB/T2379-93 standard.

2) Rated voltage ±5% tolerance, limit voltage +10%; operation exceeding the limit voltage will greatly reduce the service life of the heating tube or even breakdown the electric heating tube;

3) Rated power +5%～-10%. Therefore, the user should control the power supply voltage within 400V to increase the life of the heating tube and prevent breakdown.
