Electric boilers use electricity as energy source, use resistance heating or electromagnetic induction heating, heat medium water or organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) through the heat exchange part of the boiler to a certain parameter (temperature, pressure), the outward output is rated A kind of thermal mechanical equipment of working fluid. As we all know, the service life of electric boilers has a great relationship with the maintenance of electric boilers. Therefore, the following is a brief introduction to the repair and maintenance of electric boilers.
 

Maintenance of electric boiler:

Generally, electric boilers need to be repaired and maintained within 1-2 years, which is helpful to the normal operation of electric boilers. Regular maintenance is also the basis for ensuring normal operation of electric boilers.

1. When maintaining the boiler, the power supply must be cut off and the pressure must be relieved.

2. The burner should be removed from the boiler body every two months to carefully remove foreign matter such as carbon deposits and dust. Wipe the light-receiving surface of the photoelectric tube once a month. The fuel filter must always maintain clean and filtering functions; carefully clean the filter screen in the fuel pump, and do not damage the gasket. The burner must not run dry without oil to avoid damage to the oil pump.

3. The water level gauge should be kept clean at all times, and the cleaning valve should be opened and flushed once a day to ensure a clear water level.

4. Flip the safety valve once a day to prevent rust and malfunction.

After the work is completed, check whether the tools, materials, and accessories are complete to prevent them from being left in the furnace and other spaces. The designated person will delist and leave the work site only after the acceptance is passed. Finally, make a record of the maintenance for future inquiries.
