Hidden dangers in hot water heating system

(1) In the initial heating, the heating system will not be debugged. If the debugging of the whole system is not done, the end users of the system will not be hot. Because the weather was warm at that time, the reaction was not strong. When the weather turns cold, the heating contradiction will become prominent.

(2) The water loss of the entire heating system is serious, resulting in low pressure at the end of the heating system, which affects the temperature of the water supply.

(3) There is a large amount of suspended matter in the quality of the hot water supply, and the weight concentration of the suspended matter is large. In the place where the system pressure is low and the flow rate is low, deposits and sludge will occur. The massive formation of scale, rust and slag will cause serious blockage of the circulating water pipeline. At the end of the system, the radiator branch pipes DN25, DN20 and valves have serious fouling phenomenon, and the pipe runoff is severely reduced, causing the hot gas to not be hot.

(4) The quality of heating and hot water is not ideal, which affects the service life of pipeline equipment.

(5) Oxygen corrosion in the heating system affects the service life of pipeline equipment.

(6) The internal corrosion of the hot water heating pipeline during the period of outage.
