Hot water heating system

A heating system that uses hot water as a heat medium is called a hot water heating system. The hot water heating system has a high thermal energy utilization rate, a small ineffective loss during transportation, a heat dissipation device that is not easy to corrode, a long service life, and a low surface temperature of the heat dissipation device, which meets the hygiene requirements. The distribution of flow and pressure in the heating system is called the hydraulic working condition of the system. The heating quality of the heating system is closely related to the hydraulic working conditions of the system. The ubiquitous unevenness of cold and heat is mainly caused by the imbalance of system hydraulic conditions.

Introduction

The heating network water sent by the thermal power plant is heated by the steam of the thermal power plant through the surface heating network heater. The hot water heating system consists of heating network heaters, heating network circulating water pumps, heating network heater drain pumps, heating network supplementary water pumps and other equipment and their connecting pipelines. Generally, the heating network heater adopts two series connection to implement multi-stage heating to make full use of low-pressure extraction steam and improve the economic efficiency of cogeneration. The heating steam with lower extraction pressure is the basic heater, which has been put into operation during the heating period, and its outlet water temperature can meet the needs of the heating network in most cases. The higher heating steam pressure is the peak heater. During a few hours of the heating period, when the outlet water temperature of the basic heater cannot meet the demand, it is used to further increase the water temperature. The steam source of the peak heater adopts the higher pressure extraction steam of the steam turbine or the main steam to be supplied after temperature reduction and pressure reduction according to the optimal thermalization coefficient and the selection of the unit. Sometimes a peak hot water boiler is set according to the situation to meet the needs of peak heat load.
