Layout
There are mainly front wall layout, front and rear wall hedge layout and four corner layout. When arranged in the first two ways, swirl burners are generally used. The advantage is that the pulverized coal pipeline arrangement is relatively simple, but it is not suitable for low volatile and high ash fuels. The four-corner arrangement is to arrange the direct-flow burners at the four corners of the furnace, and the center line of the nozzle is tangent to an imaginary circle in the center of the furnace. The disadvantage of the four-corner layout is that the air duct layout is more complicated, but the combustion is relatively stable, and it is suitable for a variety of fuels (including lignite, bituminous coal and lean coal, etc.).
