Power station pulverized coal boiler

Chamber burning furnace is also called pulverized coal furnace. After the raw coal is screened, crushed and ground into most of the pulverized coal with a particle size of less than 0.1 mm, it is sprayed into the furnace by a burner for suspension combustion. The pulverized coal can catch fire soon after being sprayed into the furnace, and the flue gas can reach a high temperature of about 1,500°C. However, the relative motion between the pulverized coal and the surrounding gas is very weak, and the pulverized coal can be basically burned out after staying in a larger furnace for 2 to 3 seconds. Therefore, the furnace volume of a pulverized coal furnace is often larger than that of a layered furnace with the same evaporation capacity. Doubled. The advantage of this kind of boiler is that it can burn all kinds of coal and the combustion is relatively complete, so the boiler capacity can be made large, and it is suitable for large, medium and super large boilers. The boiler efficiency can generally reach 90% to 92%. The disadvantage is that there are many auxiliary machinery, high automation level requirements, boiler feed water must be processed, and infrastructure investment is large.
