Pot Introduction
The drum is provided with pipe seats for pickling, thermal measurement, water level gauge, water supply, dosing, continuous sewage discharge, emergency water discharge, safety valve, air valve, etc., as well as manhole devices. The drum is equipped with two spring safety valves; two water level gauges, using quartz tube two-color water level gauges, are safe and reliable, easy to observe, and have correct instructions. Sleeve-type pipe sockets are used in the water inlet pipe holes of the drum and other pipe holes that may have large temperature differences to prevent cracks near the pipe holes due to thermal fatigue. The internal device of the drum is provided with a separation device for the separation of steam and water, as well as connecting pipes for boiler water supply and chemical dosing. The drum is equipped with two supports, one is a fixed support and the other is a movable support.
Movable hood
The feed water distribution header is composed of a water distribution header and a connecting pipe; the boiler feed water is led from the drum through a downcomer into the feed water header. In order to ensure that the temperature of each part of the header does not deviate, the water supply header and the lower header are used for water intake The introduction of multiple dispersed downcomers.
The collection header is composed of an outlet header and a connecting pipe. In order to prevent the temperature deviation of each part of the header, the steam-water mixture is introduced into the outlet header through multiple connecting pipes, and then introduced into the drum by the riser.
The movable fume hood tube group is composed of an upper header, a lower header, and a tube group. The upper and lower headers are connected by 180 φ45×5 seamless steel pipes, and the lower fume hood is formed by welding between the tubes.
Due to the process, the movable fume hood often needs to move up and down, and there is a gap between the movable fume hood and the furnace mouth section. In order to prevent the high temperature flue gas from leaking out, a water seal groove is made on the upper part of the movable fume hood, and the water seal is adopted. Sealing, in order to prevent molten slag from splashing into the sealing groove, a slag baffle plate is arranged at the end of the sealing groove. To facilitate cleaning of debris in the water tank, a cleaning hand hole is also opened on the water sealing groove.
Flue
Waste heat boiler
It is composed of distribution header, lower header, pipe group and upper header. Boiler feed water is drawn from the drum into the distribution header. In order to prevent the temperature deviation of each part of the header, the distribution header and the lower header are introduced by dispersing downcomer. After the water enters the lower header, it is dispersed into 132 φ42×4 The heating surface of the circular flue with a pitch circle of φ2400mm composed of seamless steel pipes and 6mm thick flat steel, then produces a mixture of soda and water into the upper header, and is introduced into the drum by the riser.
In order to keep the header from the flame zone, the lower part of the tube bundle is a U-shaped elbow, and the angle between the flue at the furnace mouth section and the horizontal is 55 degrees.
In order to prevent the flue from being deformed, a reinforcement ring is provided at an appropriate position on the flue.
The material of header and tube are 20# seamless steel pipe (GB3087-1999).

Oxygen muzzle
An oxygen muzzle is provided on the flue section of the furnace mouth. The oxygen muzzle is composed of a tube bundle and upper and lower headers. Due to the high temperature here, in order to prevent structural deformation at the entrance, a removable water cooling jacket structure is adopted. In order to prevent the flue gas from spraying out, an oxygen muzzle nitrogen sealing device (nitrogen-containing sealing plug) is also installed.
Feeding tube
A discharge pipe is arranged on the flue at the furnace mouth section, which is composed of a tube bundle, an upper and lower header, and a wear plate. ZG series needle-shaped tube waste heat recovery device is a special high-efficiency energy-saving product specially designed for flue gas waste heat recovery. The needle-shaped tube is used to strengthen the heating element to expand the heating surface, and the heating surface of the smoke side of the water pipe can be greatly increased. At the same time, the flue gas flows through the surface of the needle-shaped tube to form strong turbulence, which improves the heat transfer efficiency and reduces the accumulation of soot. The waste heat recovery device has the advantages of brief structure, high thermal efficiency, long operating life, safety and reliability, long operating life, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance.
