The boiler has high thermal efficiency and reduces the user’s use cost; the horizontal oil (gas) steam boiler is a shell-type full-wet-backed downstream three-pass pyrotechnic tube structure. The flame burns in a large combustion chamber with slight positive pressure, fully extended, and low combustion heat load. The combustion heat efficiency is high, which effectively reduces the exhaust gas temperature, saves energy and reduces consumption, and is more economical to use. It adopts the structure of corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube.

1. Equipped with a special computer controller for steam boiler, full Chinese, large screen, strong backlit LCD display, rich display functions, and can accurately and intuitively display the operating status of the controller and the collected pressure and water level. The control function is complete, with automatic control functions such as boiler water level intelligent control, steam pressure control, limit low water level alarm and interlock protection, high water level alarm prompt, super high steam pressure alarm and interlock protection. It is very convenient to use. It can be set to two states of continuous and timing. The timing can be divided into 4 time periods. The boiler is turned on and off at regular time. There is no need for a full-time boiler worker. Normally, you only need to press the “Start” button to turn on, and press the “Stop” button to stop. That’s it, it’s very simple.

Adopting original imported burner, fully automatic programmed control, fan automatic purging, electronic automatic ignition, automatic combustion of oil and gas, automatic ratio adjustment of air and oil (gas), good atomization effect, full combustion, low NOX, energy saving and environmental protection. Under normal circumstances, when the boiler steam pressure reaches the set value, the burner automatically stops burning, and when the steam pressure is lower than the set value, the burner automatically starts to work. When the fuel or air intake is abnormal, the fault light will be on, the program control device will immediately stop the fuel output, and the burner will automatically stop.
3. The vertical steam boiler adopts the under-burner combustion method. The fuel is burned in the furnace with slight positive pressure. The high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiation heat exchange in the furnace, and then enters the pyrotechnic tube for convective heat exchange, and finally is discharged through the upper smoke box. . A baffle is inserted in the flue pipe to slow down the exhaust rate of the flue gas, enhance heat exchange, and ensure that the heat generated by fuel combustion can heat the boiler water to the greatest extent, which greatly improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler; the horizontal steam boiler body design and manufacture adopt three Return stroke, wet back type, eccentric furnace, asymmetrical structure, wave-shaped furnace, the flame is strongly disturbed, and the radiation heating surface is increased, which strongly improves the heat transfer coefficient, and can effectively prevent the equipment from expanding and contracting due to the heat of the metal The life span is reduced.
4. The whole machine has a high degree of automation and perfect safety protection. The operation process is fully automated, with safety protection systems such as automatic water replenishment, water shortage, overpressure, automatic power-off and alarm, and leakage protection.
