Steam Boiler
- The design and manufacture of the boiler are strictly implemented in strict accordance with the requirements of “Steam Boiler Safety Supervision Regulations” and “General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers” and “Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Boiler Shell Boilers”.
- The furnace body is equipped with pressure gauges, safety valves, water level gauges and other instrument valves. The pressure gauge displays the pressure of the boiler, and the user knows it well; the safety valve opens automatically when the boiler reaches a certain pressure, venting and reducing pressure to ensure the boiler operation Safe and reliable.
- The vertical coal-fired steam boiler is mainly composed of the shell head, the furnace liner, the furnace liner top, the lower sealing ring, the cupola and the horizontal water pipe. The combustion chamber is arranged in the furnace liner, and the fuel is burned on the fixed grate. Naturally ventilated, the flue gas is flushed across the horizontal water pipe in the furnace bladder and discharged into the atmosphere through the cupola and chimney.
- The horizontal coal-fired steam boiler adopts a three-pass water-fire tube structure with a single drum longitudinally arranged, and the two sides of the furnace are densely covered with light pipes and water-cooled wall tubes. The design structure is reasonable and compact; the heating area is large, the flue gas flow is long, the heat transfer effect is good, and the flue gas temperature is low, so the thermal efficiency is high, the operating cost is low, and the use is more economical.
- For vertical coal-fired steam boilers, all tubes in the heating area are straight tubes. There are sufficient cleaning hand hole devices to facilitate manual and mechanical cleaning of dirt and internal inspection. The horizontal coal-fired steam boiler is equipped with a large enough manhole on the upper part, and personnel can enter the furnace body from the manhole, which greatly facilitates the inspection and maintenance of the boiler.
- The coal-fired steam boiler is equipped with high-quality instrument valves and other safety accessories. The complete set of equipment is safe and durable, and users are satisfied. The user can choose to equip the boiler softening water device-water treatment, add water treatment, the boiler is less scaled, and the boiler is safe and energy-saving.
- The LSG type (vertical) series coal-fired steam boiler adopts a water-cooled tube structure with scientific and reasonable design, fast heating, large steam and water space, and good steam quality.
- DZG (horizontal) series coal-fired steam boiler adopts a two-pass water and fire tube hybrid structure. A bunch of fire tubes are arranged in the boiler, and the left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with water wall tubes. The heating surface is abundant and the heat efficiency is high. Coal is loaded by hand, natural ventilation. The combustion is stable and sufficient, and the ignition, temperature rise and pressure rise are fast. Equipped with multiple protection devices such as water level gauges, safety valves, pressure gauges, etc., the operating status is clear at a glance, and the user’s worries are fundamentally eliminated, and the use is safe and reliable.
9.
